2018年11月25日至28日，2018年国际和平研究协会（IPRA）年会在印度艾哈迈德巴德成功召开，南京大学历史学院教授，联合国教科文组织和平学教席持有人刘成教授应邀参加并作主旨演讲。
国际和平研究协会是隶属于联合国经济社会署的非政府组织，也是在和平研究领域规模最大、发展最成熟的全球专业机构。国际和平研究协会积极倡导对和平问题的跨学科研究和多学科联合研究。此次大会汇聚了世界范围内众多从事和平研究、和平教育以及和平学推广的专业人士，共同探讨世界范围内与和平密切相关的一系列问题。我们有理由相信：和平之光一定会照耀全世界！
