totally amazing, life changing book. if you struggle with mindfulness in the heart of emotional upset, this book is for you.
If you'd like to break old patterns of negative thinking and self-sabotage, this book is for you.
If you'd like to stop living up to the status quo and start manifesting your inner vision, this book is for you.
If you are a human being with a chatty mind, this book is for you.
very simple, clear, life-changing meditation techniques that help you reach a whole new understanding of who you are and what it is to be alive. Spoiler Alert: it's about being pure awareness, minus all the muck & mess of ego & collective consciousness.
My only complaint is, I bought the paperback book for $12 a few weeks ago. Just logged in to buy several copies, as gifts for friends/clients, and all of a sudden the cheapest one is $64? Why price a book that everyone should read so high that few will buy it? I hope the vendors re-think their pricing, to make it more accessible to everyone.

I had never heard of Tom Stone before I read this book, and I absolutely wish I had a time machine so I could give this book to myself the second I came out of the womb. It is a staggaringly straight forward approach to what most people call Enlightenment, a better term for which would be Integrated Human Adulthood.
This is not a theoretical book on spirituality. It is practical to the core. Tom leads his readers through a series of exercises designed to get, as fast as possible, into the state of direct experience of the self. Further, he shows the reader how to resolve all the trauma that is perpetually making our lives miserable.
I have read hundreds of books in the Enlightenment/Spiritual/Self-help/Theology genre. This is one of my top 3 favorites. Why, because I followed the steps and it is working!!!
