Elmar R. Gruber
Elmar R. Gruber (* 1955 in Vienna ) is a consciousness researcher and parapsychologist .
Life and work
Gruber was a close collaborator of Hans Bender at his Institute for Border Areas of Psychology and Mental Hygiene in Freiburg im Breisgau . He researches anomalous mental phenomena (AMP), the cultural-historical background of the so-called spiritual impulse . He undertook experimental laboratory research and fieldwork on questions of magical effects among the shamans of indigenous societies in Mexico , the Philippines , and India .
In addition to numerous publications in scientific journals, he is the author of many books, including the international bestsellers The Jesus Conspiracy and The Original Jesus .
Gruber works as a scientific consultant for radio and television. He became known to a wide audience as co-presenter of Rainer Holbe's RTL program "Unglaubliche Geschichten" (Incredible Stories ).
